Our chef serves coffee and cake in the Tea Room, light lunches in Rosendal Greenhouse, and three or five course dinners in “Ridderstuen” at the farm. All menus are based on ingredients from the Kithchen&Herb Garden in Rosendal Garden. Fresh ingredients are harvested daily throughout the season.
The Garden Café offers delicious lunch dishes made with fresh ingredients from the kitchen and herb garden, as well as products from local producers.
You can enjoy your meal under the glass roof of the greenhouse filled with colourful flowers, and views of the 1665 manor and surrounding mountains in the background. You can also sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds from our delightful or outside in the sun when the weather is nice. Fresh ingredients from the kitchen and herb garden are harvested daily throughout the season, bringing the taste of the garden to the menu.
The old Havestuen at the Manor today hosts a small cafe serving coffee, tea and home made cakes.
We also have a small selection of souvenires.
For groups staying at the Home Farm we can offer a three course dinner. Pre-booking needed.
Unfortunately we have very limited capacity and can only now and then offer meals for groups not staying at the home farm. For groups not staying at the home farm we would like to recommend Rosendal Greenhouse, the Tea Room or the Old Kitchen at the manor.
The Old Kitchen is the original kitchen from 1665 with a traditional hearth and stone bakery oven. Groups can have coffe and cakes with lit candles and fire on the hearth.
